Reset Your Password Without Logging-in

1. Enter your phone number/email at the login page.

2. Click the “Forgot Your Password” button to enter the “Reset Login Password” page.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone/email and your new login password respectively.

Reset Your Password When Logging-in

—— Login Password & Fund Password

1. Enter the [Security Center] page from [Account] interface on Bingbon App.

2. Click the [Password- Reset] / [Fund Password-Reset] button to enter the corresponding password reset page.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone/email and your new login/fund password respectively.

Please note when your password reset is completed, withdrawal service can only be accessed 24H later for access to your asset security.
